Techniques & Ingredients: What Makes IBUKI Unique

producer

IBUKI produces all bottled tea in its own FSSC22000-certified factory.[2] IBUKI uses a 'filtered cold brew' method of non-heat sterilization, with temperature controlled at the 0.1°C level.[2] IBUKI's water is drawn from the Oi River, a Southern Alps river naturally filtered through fertile geological strata, and further softened at the factory into 'super soft water'.[2] IBUKI products are made-to-order and take approximately 5 to 6 business days from order receipt to shipment.[6] IBUKI products are manufactured in the producer's own factory built to world-standard specifications, using only the highest quality Shizuoka green and black teas.[7] IBUKI bottled tea products are made-to-order and typically shipped from the factory within 2–4 business days.[7] IBUKI bottled teas are made with only water and tea leaves, with no additives and no heating.[8] IBUKI bottled teas use soft water to brew high-quality tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture.[9] IBUKI's tea connoisseur team includes a 6th dan tea connoisseur and a hand-tea rubbing instructor.[3]
