IBUKI (the beverage) is a sencha green tea made from 'Kanaya IBUKI' tea leaves developed at a research tea garden over 20 years, available in 750ml and 180ml formats.[1] IBUKI (Umami Sencha) is described as the flagship product intended to change the 'concept of Japanese tea'.[3] IBUKI (Sencha) is a non-alcoholic bottled tea made with only water and tea leaves, with no additives.[5] IBUKI (Sencha) is classified as a Sencha (green tea) type bottled tea.[6]

IBUKI (Sencha) is supervised by a Japanese tea connoisseur holding 6th dan rank and a hand-rubbing teacher qualification, one of only 39 such connoisseurs in Japan.[1]

IBUKI (Sencha) tasting notes include mellow sweetness on the palate, rich umami flavor, a refreshing sweetness that lingers on the tongue, a clear golden water color, a floral aroma, and a long-lasting aftertaste.
