Cuvee Blanc Cedro botanical distillates are blended with two selections of white grape varieties and organic white fruits (apple, pear), all not from concentrate.[1] Cuvee Blanc Cedro uses verjus from Gruner Veltliner grapes (Austrian white grape) for fruity apple-pear character and Ugni blanc verjus for added sharpness.[2]
