King of Green HIRO Premium is a traditional Gyokuro (伝統本玉露) green tea made from the Saemidori cultivar, grown at the tea garden of master Hiroshi Yamaguchi in Hoshino Village, Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture.[1] King of Green HIRO Premium is bottled in a 750mL bottle and classified as a tea beverage (茶飲料).[3] Yame Gyokuro (八女玉露) from Hoshino Village, the source of King of Green HIRO Premium, is grown in a region blessed with natural conditions ideal for tea cultivation including temperature differentials between morning and evening, rainfall, and soil, and has a tradition of consistently placing at the top of the national tea competition's gyokuro category.[1]
