It is infused with Hidcote Blue lavender, which the producer describes as the dominant lavender flower growing in the Nordics. According to København Kombucha, it is the company's bestselling product.[1]

Pairings
Hidcote Blue pairs well with umami-rich and smoky dishes featuring tomatoes, eggplant, pork, and poultry, and connects especially well with miso glaze. It also works as an apéritif.[1]
