Feral N1 is made with white beetroot, hops, and Sichuan pepper, and is also known by the nickname 'OB-SESSION'.[1] N°1 is a non-alcoholic, still fermented beverage with a base of organic white beetroot, hops, chili, and natural flavouring of Szechuan pepper. Feral N°1 is positioned as a perfect alternative to kombucha. White beetroot, the base of Feral N1, was historically considered so humble it was once fed to pigs.[1] Feral N1's recipe was first developed in 2022 and remains Feral's highest-volume product.[1] Joia's sommelier Antonio tasted Feral N1 in 2022 and described it as 'Extraordinary', becoming an early validator of the product.[1]
