Feral N°6 is completely alcohol-free, with fermentation based on lactic acid bacteria; each batch is tested by certified laboratories to guarantee the absence of ethanol. Feral N°6 is called 'Cook The Mountain' and was created in collaboration with Atelier Moessmer*** by Norbert Niederkofler.[1] Feral N°6 is a non-alcoholic botanical fermentation created in partnership with Atelier Moessmer, ranked among the world's top 50 restaurants, following the 'Cook the Mountain' philosophy of using only alpine ingredients.

Key Ingredients

Feral N°6 is crafted from a fermented white beet base (water, white beet juice from concentrate 20%), botanical extract of fennel seeds, linden flowers, mountain pine, juniper berries, sage, mint, and chili pepper, grape verjuice, linden honey, and apple cider vinegar. Feral N°6 is not vegan because it contains linden honey, an animal-derived ingredient. Feral N°6 contains no sulfites or declarable allergens and is pasteurized using a patent-pending process, making it safe for pregnant people. Feral N°6 is not yet certified organic as of its release, with certification in progress.
