Domaine des Grottes practices biodynamic viticulture without additives. According to the producer's website, the estate uses herbal teas (tisanes) in place of chemical inputs and limits copper use.^[1]

The producer commits to biodiversity by planting hedgerows and trees, and shares its land with an organic market gardener.^[1]

Domaine des Grottes produces natural wines, fruit juices, cereals, and medicinal plants. Within the no- and low-ABV lineup it makes Antidote and Antilope, each classified as a fruit juice and herbal plant infusion with 0% alcohol.^[1]
